Grown by smallholder farmers in the highlands of Yirgacheffe, this washed Heirloom variety represents the best of Ethiopian coffee. Banko Gotiti offers a bright and balanced cup with clear floral notes, fresh lime acidity, and a touch of white peach sweetness. Roasted  very lightly to bring out its clarity and delicate aromatics, it results in a clean and vibrant coffee, excellent as a filter brew and surprisingly expressive as an espresso.
