A coffee from northern Peru, from the Cajamarca region, produced by 21 women associated with the Amojú cooperative. Grown between 1,800 and 2,000 meters above sea level, it undergoes a washed process with 28 to 30 hours of fermentation, contributing to a clean and well-defined cup. Light roasted, it presents bright acidity and a medium body. As an espresso, it is sweet and balanced; as a filter brew, it reveals more nuances and aromatic delicacy.
