Grown by Alejandro Rodriguez, a producer with nearly 40 years of experience, this coffee carries a strong family legacy—begun by his grandparents, pioneers of coffee cultivation in a region traditionally dedicated to sugarcane. It presents pronounced sweetness, delicate florality, and bright acidity, resulting in a clean and vibrant cup. The cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation while whole, followed by pulping, dry fermentation, and drying on African raised beds—a process that contributes to its complexity and sensory definition.
