Los Magníficos is a washed Gesha from San Agustín, Huila, Colombia, created from the combination of small lots produced by different families within the MonKaaba collective. By bringing these microlots together into a single coffee, producers who would normally have volumes too small to sell individually are able to maintain traceability and highlight the quality of their work. Roasted very light for filter brewing, it reveals a delicate, clean, and highly aromatic cup with floral notes of rose, blueberry, and oolong tea, alongside a sweetness reminiscent of candied fruit. The Gesha variety, known for its elegance and aromatic complexity, gains even more clarity through the washed process, resulting in a light, refined, and layered coffee.
